ZNF415

Description

The ZNF415 (zinc finger protein 415) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 19.

ZNF415 is involved in regulating gene expression. Different versions of the protein (isoforms) have varying effects on gene activity. Most isoforms of ZNF415 appear to reduce the activity of two important transcription factors: AP-1 and p53/TP53. However, isoform 3 of ZNF415 does not share this characteristic.

ZNF415 is also known as Pact, ZfLp.
