ZFYVE28 is a protein encoded by the ZFYVE28 gene in humans.

ZFYVE28 acts as a negative regulator of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) signaling. It promotes EGFR degradation in endosomes when EGFR is not monoubiquitinated.

ZFYVE28 is also known as LST2, LYST2, lst-2.
