Description

The TSC22D2 (TSC22 domain family member 2) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 3.

TSC22D2 decreases the amount of nuclear PKM isoform M2, leading to suppression of cyclin CCND1 transcription and ultimately inhibiting cell growth.

TSC22D2 is also known as TILZ4a, TILZ4b, TILZ4c.
