The TRAPPC3L (trafficking protein particle complex subunit 3L) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 6.

This protein may play a role in the movement of small membrane-bound sacs called vesicles from the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) to the Golgi apparatus.
