Description

The TFDP3 (transcription factor Dp family member 3) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome X.

TFDP3 acts as a competitive inhibitor of E2F-mediated transactivation activity, effectively blocking E2F from promoting cell cycle progression from G1 to S phase.

TFDP3 is also known as CT30, DP4, HCA661.
