TCL1A

Description

The TCL1A (TCL1 family AKT coactivator A) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 14.

TCL1A is a protein encoded by the TCL1A gene in humans. It has been shown to interact with AKT1 and AKT2.

TCL1A enhances the phosphorylation and activation of AKT1, AKT2 and AKT3. It promotes the nuclear translocation of AKT1. TCL1A also enhances cell proliferation, stabilizes mitochondrial membrane potential, and promotes cell survival.

TCL1A is also known as TCL1.
