TBC1D9

Description

The TBC1D9 (TBC1 domain family member 9) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 4.

TBC1 domain family member 9 (TBC1D9) is a protein encoded by the TBC1D9 gene in humans. It is also known as MDR1 and GRAMD9. TBC1D9 is predicted to have GTPase activator activity and is involved in activating GTPase activity and intracellular protein transport.

TBC1D9 may act as a GTPase-activating protein for Rab family proteins.

TBC1D9 is also known as GRAMD9, MDR1.
