Description
The SUSD2 (sushi domain containing 2) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 22.
SUSD2 is potentially a cytokine receptor for GPR15LG. It may act as a tumor suppressor, inhibiting growth of colon cancer cells alongside GPR15LG by inducing G1 cell cycle arrest. It could also contribute to breast tumorigenesis.
