STK38
Description
The STK38 (serine/threonine kinase 38) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 6.
STK38, also known as NDR1 protein kinase or Nuclear Dbf2-related kinase 1, is an enzyme that is encoded by the STK38 gene in humans.
STK38 acts as a negative regulator of MAP3K1/2 signaling by converting MAP3K2 from its phosphorylated to non-phosphorylated form and inhibiting its autophosphorylation.
STK38 is also known as NDR, NDR1.
