SEMA4B
Description
The SEMA4B (semaphorin 4B) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 15.
Semaphorin-4B is a protein found in humans. It is produced by the SEMA4B gene.
Semaphorin-4B restricts the growth of axons by sending signals that mark certain areas as off-limits for growing nerve fibers.
SEMA4B is also known as SEMAC, SemC.
