SEMA3D

Description

The SEMA3D (semaphorin 3D) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 7.

SEMA3D induces the collapse and paralysis of neuronal growth cones, potentially acting as a repulsive signal for specific neuronal populations. It binds to neuropilin.

SEMA3D is also known as Sema-Z2, coll-2.
