RNF32

Description

The RNF32 (ring finger protein 32) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 7.

RING finger protein 32 is a protein produced from the RNF32 gene in humans. This protein features two RING finger motifs, structures often involved in interactions between proteins and DNA or other proteins. RNF32 is expressed during spermatogenesis, suggesting a role in the production of sperm cells, likely within spermatocytes and/or spermatids. Although multiple versions of the RNF32 gene exist due to alternative splicing, their complete structures are not fully understood.

RNF32 is also known as FKSG33, HSD15, LMBR2.
