RNF187

Description

The RNF187 (ring finger protein 187) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 1.

RNF187 functions as a coactivator, enhancing JUN-mediated gene activation. This activation is triggered by growth factor signaling through the MAP3K1 pathway, independent of MAPK8.

RNF187 is also known as RACO-1, RACO1.
