Description

The RNF180 (ring finger protein 180) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 5.

RNF180 acts as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, targeting the ZIC2 protein for polyubiquitination and subsequent degradation through the proteasome pathway.

RNF180 is also known as RINES.
