RIPPLY3
Description
The RIPPLY3 (ripply transcriptional repressor 3) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 21.
RIPPLY3 acts as a transcriptional corepressor, inhibiting the activity of the TBX1 gene. It contributes to the development of structures derived from the pharyngeal apparatus.
RIPPLY3 is also known as DSCR6.
