RBPMS-AS1

Description

The RBPMS-AS1 (RBPMS antisense RNA 1) is a ncRNA gene located on chromosome 8.

RBPMS-AS1 is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) that is transcribed from the RBPMS gene on chromosome 17. It is located in the nucleus and has been shown to be involved in a variety of cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. RBPMS-AS1 has also been implicated in the development of several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. However, its precise role in these processes is still under investigation.

RBPMS-AS1 is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) that has been shown to play a role in the regulation of gene expression. It is involved in a number of cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. RBPMS-AS1 is also implicated in the development of various diseases, such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. However, its specific functions and mechanisms of action remain largely unknown.

RBPMS-AS1 is also known as TP53LC06.
