RASSF1-AS1

Description

The RASSF1-AS1 (RASSF1 antisense RNA 1) is a ncRNA gene located on chromosome 3.

RASSF1-AS1 is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) located on chromosome 3p21.3. It is transcribed from the opposite strand of the RASSF1A gene and is thought to play a role in the regulation of RASSF1A expression. Studies have suggested that RASSF1-AS1 may be involved in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, and cancer development. However, its exact function is still being investigated.

RASSF1-AS1 is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) that has been implicated in the regulation of gene expression and cellular processes. It is located in the vicinity of the RASSF1A gene, which is a tumor suppressor gene. Studies have suggested that RASSF1-AS1 may play a role in cancer development and progression, although its precise function is still being investigated.

RASSF1-AS1 is also known as ANRASSF1.
