Description

The RASL11A (RAS like family 11 member A) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 13.

RASL11A is involved in regulating the transcription of ribosomal DNA (rDNA). It works together with the protein UBF/UBTF to increase the activity of RNA polymerase I, which is responsible for transcribing rDNA.
