RALGAPB

Description

The RALGAPB (Ral GTPase activating protein non-catalytic subunit beta) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 20.

RALGAPB is a non-catalytic subunit of the heterodimeric RalGAP1 and RalGAP2 complexes. These complexes act as GTPase activators for the Ras-like small GTPases RALA and RALB.

RALGAPB is also known as KIAA1219, RalGAPbeta.
