RABEPK (Rab9 effector protein with Kelch motifs, also known as p40) is a protein encoded by the RABEPK gene in humans. It functions in conjunction with RAB9A to facilitate the transport of the mannose 6-phosphate receptor (MPR) from endosomes to the trans-Golgi network. RABEPK interacts with RAB9A and FYVE finger-containing phosphoinositide kinase.

RABEPK is a Rab9 effector protein that plays a crucial role in the transport of the mannose 6-phosphate receptor (MPR) from endosomes to the trans-Golgi network (TGN).
