The PRR13 (proline rich 13) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 12.
PRR13 inhibits the expression of TSP1 at the transcriptional level. This downregulation has been demonstrated to decrease apoptosis induced by taxanes.
PRR13 is also known as TXR1.
