Proline-rich nuclear receptor coactivator 1 (PNRC1) is a protein encoded by the PNRC1 gene in humans. PNRC1 acts as a coactivator for numerous nuclear receptors, including AR, ERα, ERRα, ERRγ, GR, SF1, PR, TR, RAR, and RXR. This interaction relies on the SH3 domain present in PNRC1.

PNRC1 functions as a coactivator for nuclear receptors, potentially contributing to signal transduction.
