PNLIPRP1
Description
The PNLIPRP1 (pancreatic lipase related protein 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 10.
PNLIPRP1 is thought to play a role in inhibiting the digestion of dietary triglycerides. However, it lacks any measurable lipase activity against various lipids including triglycerides, diglycerides, phosphatidylcholine, galactolipids, and cholesterol esters when tested in a lab setting.
PNLIPRP1 is also known as PLRP1.
