Description

The PIK3IP1 (phosphoinositide-3-kinase interacting protein 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 22.

Phosphoinositide-3-kinase-interacting protein 1 is an enzyme that is encoded by the PIK3IP1 gene in humans.

Inhibits the activity of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) in the liver.

PIK3IP1 is also known as HGFL, TrIP, hHGFL(S).
