PIK3CD-AS1

Description

The PIK3CD-AS1 (PIK3CD antisense RNA 1) is a ncRNA gene located on chromosome 1.

PIK3CD-AS1 is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) that is transcribed from the PIK3CD gene. It is located on chromosome 19 and is approximately 3,000 nucleotides in length. PIK3CD-AS1 has been shown to be differentially expressed in a variety of human cancers, suggesting that it may play a role in tumorigenesis. However, the exact function of PIK3CD-AS1 is still under investigation.

PIK3CD-AS1 is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) that has been implicated in a variety of cellular processes, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, and migration. It is thought to function by interacting with other molecules, such as proteins and microRNAs, to regulate gene expression. Some studies have suggested that PIK3CD-AS1 may play a role in the development of cancer, but its precise function and mechanism of action are still under investigation.

PIK3CD-AS1 is also known as C1orf200.
