PDAP1

Description

The PDAP1 (PDGFA associated protein 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 7.

PDAP1 is a human gene that encodes for a 28 kDa heat- and acid-stable phosphoprotein.

PDAP1 enhances cell growth stimulated by PDGF-A in fibroblasts, but it suppresses the mitogenic effects of PDGF-B.

PDAP1 is also known as HASPP28, PAP, PAP1.
