PARP6


Description

The PARP6 (poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase family member 6) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 15.

PARP6 is a mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase enzyme. It plays a role in adding a single ADP-ribose molecule (mono-ADP-ribosylation) to specific target proteins.

PARP6 is also known as ARTD17, PARP-6-B1, PARP-6-C, pART17.
