PARP15

Description

The PARP15 (poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase family member 15) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 3.

PARP15 is a mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase that modifies target proteins by attaching a single ADP-ribose molecule. This process is known as mono-ADP-ribosylation. PARP15 has been shown to regulate gene transcription by acting as a negative regulator.

PARP15 is also known as ARTD7, BAL3, pART7.
