The NUSAP1 (nucleolar and spindle associated protein 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 15.

NUSAP1 is a microtubule-associated protein that can bundle and stabilize microtubules. It may also associate with chromosomes and help organize mitotic spindle microtubules around them.
