NTPCR
Description
The NTPCR (nucleoside-triphosphatase, cancer-related) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 1.
NTPCR exhibits nucleotide phosphatase activity, primarily towards ATP, GTP, CTP, TTP, and UTP. It also hydrolyzes nucleoside diphosphates, although with reduced efficiency.
NTPCR is also known as C1orf57, HCR-NTPase, THEP1.
