The NLRP11 (NLR family pyrin domain containing 11) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 19.

NLRP11 is a human gene located on chromosome 19 that encodes a protein belonging to the NLRP family. It contains a PYD domain, a NACHT domain, and an LRR region. NLRP11 is primarily expressed in immune cells like B cells and myeloid cells and is involved in regulating inflammatory responses. It is thought to form part of the inflammasome complex, a multiprotein complex that regulates caspase activity in the proinflammatory signaling pathway. NLRP11 is a primate-specific gene and evolved from a family cluster of genes that duplicated before the divergence of mammals.
