Description
The NEURL4 (neuralized E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 4) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 17.
NEURL4 promotes the ubiquitination and degradation of CCP110 through the proteasome pathway. This helps maintain normal centriolar homeostasis and prevents the formation of ectopic microtubular organizing centers by counteracting the accumulation of CCP110.
