The NAA16 (N-alpha-acetyltransferase 16, NatA auxiliary subunit) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 13.

NAA16 is an auxiliary subunit of the N-terminal acetyltransferase A (NatA) complex, contributing to the complex's ability to add acetyl groups to the N-terminus of proteins.

NAA16 is also known as NARG1L.
