MROH9
Description
The MROH9 (maestro heat like repeat family member 9) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 1.
MROH9, also known as C1orf129 and ARMC11 (armadillo repeat-containing 11), is a human gene located on chromosome 1 (1q24.3). It spans 129,232 base pairs and is encoded by a 3,102 nucleotide mRNA transcript. The longest transcript (NM_001163629.2) encodes the longest and highest-quality protein isoform (NP_001157101.1), which contains 861 amino acids. A shorter transcript variant 2 exists with a different C-terminus and 3' UTR.
MROH9 is also known as ARMC11, C1orf129.
