The MBL1P (mannose binding lectin 1, pseudogene) is a pseudo gene located on chromosome 10.

Mannose-binding lectin 1, pre-pro protein (MBL1P) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MBL1 gene. This protein is a member of the collectin family of proteins which are soluble pattern recognition receptors that bind to a variety of pathogens, including bacteria, viruses, and fungi. MBL1P can activate the complement system, leading to the destruction of pathogens. It also has anti-inflammatory effects and can modulate the adaptive immune response. MBL1P may play a role in the pathogenesis of various diseases, including sepsis, autoimmune diseases, and cancer.
