MAML3

Description

The MAML3 (mastermind like transcriptional coactivator 3) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 4.

The MAML3 gene encodes a protein called Mastermind-like 3 (Drosophila), which is a human protein.

MAML3 acts as a transcriptional coactivator for NOTCH proteins. It amplifies NOTCH-induced transcription of HES1.

MAML3 is also known as CAGH3, ERDA3, GDN, MAM-2, MAM2, TNRC3, mam-3.
