LGALS14
Description
The LGALS14 (galectin 14) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 19.
LGALS14 binds to sugars like beta-galactoside and lactose. It also acts as a strong inducer of T-cell death (apoptosis).
LGALS14 is also known as CLC2, PPL13.
