The L1TD1 (LINE1 type transposase domain containing 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 1.

L1TD1, also known as LINE-1 type transposase domain containing 1, is an RNA-binding protein that is involved in the self-renewal of undifferentiated human embryonic stem cells and cancer cell proliferation. L1TD1 has been reported to be associated with the development of several cancers.

L1TD1 is also known as ECAT11.
