Description

The KLRF2 (killer cell lectin like receptor F2) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 12.

KLRF2, also known as NKp65, is a C-type lectin-like receptor that plays a role in natural killer (NK) cell-mediated cytotoxicity and cytokine secretion in keratinocytes. It interacts with CLEC2A to trigger these processes.

KLRF2 is also known as NKp65.
