The KLRF1 (killer cell lectin like receptor F1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 12.

Plays a role in the natural killer (NK) cell-mediated destruction of PHA-induced lymphoblasts.

KLRF1 is also known as CLEC5C, NKp80.
