KLHL10

Description

The KLHL10 (kelch like family member 10) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 17.

KLHL10 is likely a substrate-specific adapter for the CUL3-based E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. This complex plays a role in the ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of target proteins via the proteasome during spermatogenesis.

KLHL10 is also known as SPGF11.
