KCTD10

Description

The KCTD10 (potassium channel tetramerization domain containing 10) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 12.

KCTD10 is a substrate-specific adapter protein that forms part of the BCR (BTB-CUL3-RBX1) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex. This complex is responsible for tagging target proteins with ubiquitin, ultimately leading to their degradation by the proteasome.

KCTD10 is also known as BTBD28, MSTP028, ULRO61, hBACURD3.
