INSM2
Description
The INSM2 (INSM transcriptional repressor 2) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 14.
INS2 may play a role in regulating cell growth and preventing tumor development, particularly in liver cells and specific types of neurons.
INSM2 is also known as IA-6, IA6, mlt1.
