HULC

Description

The HULC (hepatocellular carcinoma up-regulated long non-coding RNA) is a ncRNA gene located on chromosome 6.

HULC (Human Universal Load Carrier) is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) that is highly expressed in many human cancers. It is a poorly understood gene but has been shown to be involved in the development and progression of various cancers. Its expression level is associated with tumor size, lymph node metastasis, and patient survival.

HULC is also known as HCCAT1, LINC00078, NCRNA00078.
