HSPA4L is a gene that encodes for Heat shock 70 kDa protein 4L, a protein found in humans.

HSPA4L exhibits chaperone activity in vitro, preventing the aggregation of citrate synthase.

HSPA4L is also known as APG-1, APG1, HSPH3, Osp94.
