The HNRNPCL2 (heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein C like 2) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 1.
HNRNPCL2 might contribute to nucleosome assembly by counteracting the positive charges of core hnRNP proteins (A and B).
HNRNPCL2 is also known as HNRNPCP5.
