HCLS1
Description
The HCLS1 (hematopoietic cell-specific Lyn substrate 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 3.
Hematopoietic lineage cell-specific protein is a protein that in humans is encoded by the HCLS1 gene. HCLS1 has been shown to interact with Caspase 3.
HCLS1 is a substrate of the antigen receptor-coupled tyrosine kinase. It plays a role in antigen receptor signaling, affecting both clonal expansion and deletion in lymphoid cells. It may also be involved in the regulation of gene expression.
HCLS1 is also known as CTTNL, HS1, lckBP1, p75.
