Description

The HAUS5 (HAUS augmin like complex subunit 5) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 19.

HAUS5 plays a role in the assembly of the mitotic spindle, the maintenance of centrosome integrity, and the completion of cytokinesis as a component of the HAUS augmin-like complex.

HAUS5 is also known as KIAA0841, dgt5.
