HAGLR

Description

The HAGLR (HOXD antisense growth-associated long non-coding RNA) is a ncRNA gene located on chromosome 2.

HAGLR (Hypoxia-associated gene-like receptor) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 12. It encodes a transmembrane protein with a HAG domain. The function of HAGLR is currently unknown, but it is predicted to play a role in the immune system.

HAGLR is predicted to be a transmembrane protein involved in cellular processes related to the immune system. It contains a HAG domain, a domain also found in other proteins with immune-related functions. However, its specific function is not yet well characterized.

HAGLR is also known as HOXD-AS1, MIR7704HG, Mdgt, STEEL.
