The GPR75-ASB3 (GPR75-ASB3 readthrough) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 2.
GPR75-ASB3 is a probable substrate-recognition component of a SCF-like ECS (Elongin-Cullin-SOCS-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex. This complex plays a role in the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. GPR75-ASB3 specifically recognizes TNFRSF1B.
